Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a manual massage using light, slow movements directed toward the lymph nodes. It helps the body clear excess fluid accumulated in the tissues, easing the feeling of swelling and heaviness — particularly in the legs and abdomen.
Book an assessmentWho it is for
- Fluid retention and a sensation of swelling
- Tired, heavy legs at the end of the day
- Post-surgical support, subject to your surgeon's clearance
- Complementing body protocols for cellulite and localised fat
How it works
The movements follow the path of the lymphatic system, always toward the nodes, with gentle pressure and a steady rhythm. This is not a deep-pressure massage: the lymphatic system sits superficially, and excessive pressure hinders rather than helps. Each session is adapted to your condition and main area of concern.
Sessions and maintenance
Results come from consistency, which is why it is usually delivered in session packages, with frequency set according to your goal and routine.
Frequently asked questions
Does lymphatic drainage cause weight loss?
+
No. Drainage acts on fluid retained in the tissues, not on fat. Any reduction in measurements comes from clearing that excess fluid, not from losing body fat.
Can I have it after surgery?
+
It is a frequent indication, but it depends on your surgeon's clearance and how far into recovery you are. We always work in line with that medical guidance.
Can I have drainage while pregnant?
+
In many cases yes, with adapted technique and positioning, but this is assessed individually and depends on your prenatal care. Always disclose it in your health history.
How often should I have sessions?
+
It depends on the goal: more pronounced retention usually calls for closely spaced sessions at first, gradually spacing out for maintenance. This is defined at your assessment.

Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal targets the follicle during the hair's growth phase, progressively reducing the density and thickness of hair. Because not all hairs are in that phase at once, results build across several spaced sessions.
Learn more→Personalised Body Harmonization
Body harmonization is not a single procedure: it is the planning of a set of methods to work on contour, firmness and proportion according to your body and your goal. It is one of my main areas of practice, and every protocol is built from scratch at your assessment.
Learn more→Localised Fat Treatment
Localised fat is the accumulation in specific spots — abdomen, flanks, outer thighs — that tends to resist even with diet and exercise. Aesthetic protocols act as support in that process, always with expectations aligned to what these methods can genuinely deliver.
